2025 Registration

  • In 2025, registration with Cowichan Valley Track and Field will include all practices, insurance, and track rental fees. Athletes wishing to compete will need to register for each track meet individually.

  • Registration fees for JD and Athlete Development Programs will also include the cost of competition singlets for those athletes wishing to compete. All sizing information will be available on our team clothing store (coming soon).

  • The registration link below will direct people to our TeamSnap registration page. After registering, we will send a subsequent link confirming that the registration is successful. After fully completing the registration process, all Cowichan Track and Field athletes will need to obtain a BC Athletics Membership (link below).

  • Cowichan Valley Track and Field is a volunteer organization and is reliant on parent volunteers. Please review our volunteer page prior to registering.

Registration Options

  • Track Rascals (2019-2017) - Registration fee = $155 Closed - This program is now full.

  • JD Program (2016-2012) - Registration fee = $285 Closed-This program is now full.

  • Athlete Development Program (2011 and older) - Registration fee = $285 Open

Financial Assistance Programs

Cowichan Track and Field Club wants to make sure that our programs are accessible to all athletes. Please review the grants available from KidSport Cowichan and Jumpstart to see if your family may qualify.
